You will mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects to ensure performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software environment.
• 5+ years Java, Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD Pipeline automation.
• 3+ years Agile development experience.
• 2+ years Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate with team members to align and inform decision making.
• Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.
• Work with developers to implement features and deliver high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
