Cardinal Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer—a full-stack software craftsman who can work across all application layers in an agile environment to deliver reporting and insights that transform healthcare toward safer and cost-effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes building analytic products from EMR, PMS, and PDS data; delivering dashboards; enriching data; and developing new pharma data initiatives while supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming paradigms (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience required.
• SSIS experience preferred; Airflow and Tableau desirable.
• SQL experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
• Experience with healthcare data preferred; open-source tech comfortable.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP and Kubernetes (GKE).

Responsibilities

• Build analytic products from clinical data from EMR, PMS, and PDS sources.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enrich data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics.
• Develop new products to enable pharma data initiatives.
• Support sales tools and feasibility requests for manufacturers.
• Handle daily operations and support.
