Job summary

Cardinal Health in Nashville seeks a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to craft full-stack software and deliver reporting from clinical data. You will develop analytic products using EMR/PMS/PDS data, build dashboards, and support CI/CD pipelines to transform healthcare with accurate insights.

The role requires 3+ years of software development, Python and SQL proficiency, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good work ethic.
3+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
Python experience is required.
SSIS experience is preferred.
Airflow experience is desired.
Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
Must have SQL experience with relational databases (MS SQL preferred).
Comfortable with open-source technologies and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase).
Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
Experience with GCP and Kubernetes (GKE) is desired.

Responsibilities

Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS.
Creating reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics.
Developing new products for pharmaceutical manufacturers’ data initiatives.
Supporting and building sales enablement tools to provide feasibility data to manufacturers.
Daily operations and support.
