Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer in Des Moines to develop full-stack analytics products. You will work with clinical datasets from EMR, PMS and PDS, building reports and dashboards to support pharmaceutical data initiatives and healthcare insights.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and BI-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in software development, strong Python and SQL skills, Tableau experience,

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and sense of humor.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred
• Airflow experience is desired
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from multiple systems (EMR, PMS, PDS).
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing and defining new products for pharmaceutical data initiatives.
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools to provide feasibility requests to manufacturers.
• Daily operations and support.
