Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a BioPharma Reporting & Specialty Analytics engineer to craft full-stack software solutions that transform healthcare through reporting and insights. You will work in an agile environment delivering analytics across EMR, PMS, and PDS data sources, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven pharmaceutical initiatives.

The role requires 4–8 years of related experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, plus

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (OOP, Declarative, Functional).
• Python experience is required.
• SSIS experience is preferred.
• Airflow experience is desired.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau is desired.
• Must have SQL experience with relational databases, MS SQL preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Experience building & deployment pipelines to support CI/CD; ArgoCD, Harbor, Liquibase.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; GKE Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Building analytic products from clinical data sets sourced from EMR, PMS, and PDS systems.
• Providing reports and dashboards to drive efficacy and usage of clinical products.
• Enriching data elements from reference source systems to enhance analytics offerings.
• Developing and defining new products for pharmaceutical data initiatives.
• Supporting and building Sales enablement tools for feasibility requests to manufacturers.
• Daily operations and support.
