Job summary

Commure is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the AI Integration Team, delivering data flow between our platform and 40+ EMRs. You will own end‑to‑end integration work from design to deployment, ensuring interoperability with HL7/FHIR standards and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integration solutions between our platform and third‑party healthcare systems.
• Utilize the latest developments in LLM technology to automate the reverse‑engineering of electronic health records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather integration requirements and priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure all integration work adheres to HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards and collaborate with security teams.
