Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience.
• 8-12+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack apps and microservices.
• Proficient in Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, and C++.
• Frontend: React, Angular; Backend: Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, gRPC.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, Azure; Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform; Microservices.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis.
• Experience with distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead and mentor.
• Willingness to contribute value to the team.

Responsibilities

• Build native cloud-based software leveraged by Galleri tests and provider portals.
• Develop and lead large cross-functional programs with high complexity and risks.
• Drive improvements for software engineering organization based on business needs.
• Provide technical leadership with standards, tools, and knowledge.
