For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Files Platform to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on designing and scaling core backend systems that power file storage, access control, and secure handling of sensitive data. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities, support compliance requirements, and improve the performance and resilience of production services. The position also offers the opportunity to lead major migrations, mentor engineers, and contribute to AI-enabled workflow automation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $158,000 – $248,000 annually
