Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead enterprise-facing product work with Claude. You will own end-to-end delivery, set technical direction, and work directly with enterprise customers and sales to shape priority and roadmap.

You will collaborate with research to improve models and mentor other engineers, building core primitives for knowledge workers across industries. Hybrid policy applies in our New York offices.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience required.
• Led the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack.
• Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical design and end-to-end delivery for enterprise-facing products.
• Partner with product, design, and GTM to ship customer workflows.
• Set technical direction, standards, and code quality for the team.
• Engage with enterprise customers and sales to align priorities.
• Collaborate with research to improve models and surface failure modes.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Build core primitives enabling knowledge workers to use Claude.
