Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a technical leader to own enterprise-facing core products within our Enterprise AI Products team. You will shape end-to-end design, coordinate with research, product, design, and go-to-market, and translate customer feedback into engineering priorities.

You have 8+ years of software engineering, a track record leading complex B2B products, and experience delivering 0→1 initiatives in fast-moving environments. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership at Staff level preferred.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise/B2B products end-to-end.
• Experience building AI-enabled products and translating model capabilities into user value.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating insights into engineering priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products, end-to-end across the stack.
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to ship enterprise workflows.
• Set technical direction and standards for the team, including architecture and code quality.
• Engage with enterprise customers and sales to prioritize engineering work.
• Collaborate with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities and evaluation frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Build multi-player, asynchronous agents and webhook-driven processes.
