Job summary

Red Cell Partners, LLC is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to split time between building the core product and delivering it to customers. You’ll embed with customer teams to understand workflows, then craft production-ready systems that scale.

You’ll guide architecture, write code, and ensure secure, auditable deployments across environments. You’ll drive the product forward from discovery to deployment, turning field learnings into reusable platform capabilities, while communicating clearly

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to customer problems.
• Scalable system design and distributed architectures.
• Backend, APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra experience.
• Comfort across full stack when needed and strong technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and constraints.
• Contribute to core platform and customer-specific integrations.
• Build AI-enabled applications and workflows; apply RAG, guardrails, and evals.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Own delivery from prototype to production with secure deployments.
• Integrate with customer systems and cloud or on-prem infra.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams.
• Debug issues across application, data, and infra layers.
• Operate with judgment in sensitive, mission-critical environments.
