Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to build and support software for federal-focused lines, including RCF and RCP. The role emphasizes secure, scalable interfaces, APIs, and integrations across frontend, backend, and deployment layers.

You will collaborate with partner engineers, Product, TPM, DevOps, and GRC to deliver solutions in environments spanning cloud, on-prem, and government networks. Remote options available for USA-based candidates.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development.
• Strong backend engineering skills with listed languages.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, code review, Git, containers, CI/CD, and cloud/Kubernetes.
• Clear written and verbal communication; translate requirements into solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve implementation.

Aufgaben

• Build full-stack features for RCF/RCP partners, UI to backend, data models, and production integrations.
• Collaborate with partner engineers and Product to clarify use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate partner applications with Trase OS APIs/SDKs and external endpoints.
• Develop reliable agent and workflow integrations with asynchronous execution and error handling.
• Create interfaces to configure agents, manage connections, policies, runs, and logs.
• Implement authentication/authorization and audit events across frontend and backend.
• Adapt configuration for customer-managed cloud, private networks, and on-prem deployments.
• Own quality through tests, reviews, and end-to-end validation.
• Diagnose defects across UI, APIs, data stores, and runtime services; provide telemetry.
