Red Cell Partners, LLC. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to split time between core product development and delivering solutions to customers. You will work directly with customer teams, translate needs into technical plans, and shape platform capabilities while writing code and debugging in secure, regulated environments.

The role emphasizes architecture decisions, hands-on coding, and end-to-end ownership from prototype to production in a fast-paced, AI-driven setting.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience and shipping production systems.
Ability to apply AI/ML techniques to real customer problems.
Experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture decisions and set technical direction across core product and customer deployments.
Build production-ready AI-enabled applications and integrations with customer environments.
Translate customer needs into concrete technical plans and product feedback for engineering.
Own delivery from prototype through production, including APIs, services, and observability.
Ensure secure, auditable, and reliable deployments in regulated environments.
