Job summary

Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, is hiring a staff-level distributed systems engineer for a fully remote role. You will build reliability, lead technical design, and own the SLO framework across multi-tenant SaaS databases like Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope.

You will improve observability, manage incidents with top SLA customers, and mentor engineers while operating in a 100% remote, globally distributed team.
