Grafana Labs is seeking a motivated engineer to develop Grafana's next-generation storage layer and unified search engine, owning reliability and performance in a fully remote setup.

You’ll drive projects from ideation to operations, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate across a global open-source culture. The role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on coding in Go, Rust, or Python.

Qualifications

• Experience with Go, Rust, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with large distributed systems.
