Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery in a large-scale environment.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of designing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years Agile development experience.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on performance, feasibility, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to align on technical decisions and outcomes.
• Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and deliver high-quality code.
