Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software in distributed environments.
• 5+ years of Java development.
• 5+ years with cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development environment.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions meeting requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate with team members to align on decisions and share technical insights.
• Promote adoption of best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Engage in knowledge sharing through code reviews, talks, and workshops.
