Job summary
CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to lead and contribute as both a technical lead and individual contributor. Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Strong Java development experience (5+ years).
- Proven track record with cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- Design and develop modern microservices and cost-efficient APIs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- 2+ years in Agentic AI / Generative AI contexts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions meeting business needs and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
- Provide input on performance, scalability, and feasibility of technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
