Anthropic Limited is seeking an engineer for Capacity Engineering to build production systems that maximize utilization across multi-cloud environments. You will develop data pipelines, observability tools, and performance instrumentation, collaborating with research, infra, and finance teams.

The role requires high autonomy in a challenging, ambiguous setting. You will focus on planning, efficiency, attribution, and data platforms, ensuring accurate billing, scheduling, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Production-quality Python/SQL experience.
• Experience with cloud providers and data pipelines.
• Strong collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Build planning and allocation stack with cross-region placement.
• Drive efficiency programs like rightsizing and unused capacity recovery.
• Own attribution and forecasting across providers.
• Build data platform pipelines ingesting occupancy and cost into BigQuery.
• Operate Kubernetes-native systems at scale.
• Treat output as a product with on-call and SLOs.
