Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills, data modeling, APIs, and databases.
• Experience building software teams or systems used by datacenters, construction, energy, or logistics.
• Proven track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments.
• Deep user-centric approach: learn domain from practitioners and validate with them first.
• Strong ability to communicate across engineering, operations, and research, with attention to societal impact.

Aufgaben

• Build core datacenter lifecycle systems (sites, designs, BOMs, equipment, progress).
• Embed with datacenter, energy, and supply chain teams to identify the critical path and empower frontline workers.
• Migrate and reconcile spreadsheets and legacy trackers; integrate with industry tools (construction mgmt, scheduling, engineering systems).
• Design for trust: fine-grained permissions, auditability, and data quality for major investment decisions.
• Ship early, iterate with users; cut work that doesn’t move compute online sooner.
• Partner with research to understand model capabilities and limitations in physical-world domains.
