You will spearhead the transition from legacy Make-based workflows to Bazel, enabling faster, more reliable builds and scalable, secure infrastructure across repositories and toolchains.

You will guide architecture for real-time embedded software, lead teams, and drive adoption of AI-assisted productivity tools while ensuring compliance with safety-critical requirements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep understanding of software architecture for real-time systems.
• Experience shipping safety-critical products.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of embedded software build and test systems.
• Define phased Bazel migration strategy and rollout model.
• Design reusable Bazel rules, toolchains, and platforms for embedded software.
• Integrate Bazel with enterprise CI/CD, testing, and security workflows.
• Measure success with build parity, reproducibility, and faster builds.
