You’ll own standards, remove blockers, and drive outcomes that span teams while mentoring senior engineers and contributing to hiring efforts. This role blends deep technical leadership with organizational impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-team architecture and technology strategy.
• Ability to define and enforce engineering standards and patterns.
• Strong collaboration with managers and senior engineers to unblock work.
• Experience evaluating interviews and participating in hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
