We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative engineering professional to help shape technical direction, elevate engineering practices, and deliver impactful solutions across the organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and improve systems while mentoring others and influencing architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help define engineering standards and best practices.
• Review code, provide thoughtful feedback, and support continuous improvement in code quality.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience.
• Drive delivery on complex initiatives from concept through implementation and support.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation efforts as needed.

• Extensive professional experience in software development with a strong record of delivering complex systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
• Experience influencing technical decisions and working effectively across teams and functions.
• Ability to mentor others and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
• Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, debugging, and production support.
