Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience architecting backend services and APIs (gRPC, MCP, GraphQL).
• Proficient in cloud-native infra: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own the EAA-CX AI maturity and developer-experience roadmap with engineering leadership.
• Lead platform-excellence workstreams for reliability, observability, and operational readiness.
• Define build-vs-buy strategy for AI tooling and developer-experience across EAA-CX.
• ProvideStaff-level architectural coverage across squads facing complex challenges.
• Build secure, distributed backend services with full SLO ownership and auditability.
