Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong backend and API design experience with modern runtimes.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and security controls.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and LLM tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI maturity and developer-experience roadmap across EAA-CX.
• Lead platform excellence to improve reliability, observability, and SRE.
• Define build-versus-buy strategy for tooling across EAA-CX.
• Provide staff-level architectural coverage across squads.
• Build secure, distributed backend services with observable, auditable changes.
