Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Customer Experience Intelligence to architect and deliver an AI-native workflow platform. You will lead backend design for a scalable, multi-tenant agent platform, orchestrating AI agents, humans, and enterprise tools across ticket-based workflows.

You will champion reliability, observability, and cross-functional collaboration with CXI, Product, and Platform Engineering while mentoring teams to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive backend development experience for high-throughput systems.
• Proven success deploying enterprise-grade backend infrastructure and APIs.
• Deep familiarity with distributed systems and large-scale traffic.
• Hands-on with ML-assisted backend systems and LLm orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Agentic Ecosystem and backend infrastructure for the enterprise platform.
• Scale the platform across multiple domains including IT, Security, Legal, and HR.
