Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks AI-native engineers to join the Enterprise Adoption team. You will help reshape how AI tools and agents fit enterprise use, building core systems that enable scalable AI-powered workflows across teams, from recruiting to operations.

You will collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, and Sales to translate real-work needs into reliable product experiences in Computer. Prioritize opportunities and craft connectors and evaluation infrastructure for enterprise

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise/internal platforms is a plus.
• Experience with AI models/tools and modern AI agent stacks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute opportunities to make Computer transformative for teams.
• Develop empathy across recruiting, sales, finance, support, legal, and operations to harness AI.
• Make knowledge stores and processes legible to Computer by building connectors and evals.
• Close the loop between internal usage and product improvements.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Enterprise customers to create simple product experiences.
