Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end delivery across ChatGPT Work surfaces, backend services, plugins, connectors, and data integrations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate real customer needs into product direction, and write production-quality code across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for role-specific enterprise AI experiences across ChatGPT Work surfaces, services, plugins, and connectors.
• Turn ambiguous customer needs into a clear product and technical strategy with milestones and measurable goals.
• Lead complex initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders, making tradeoffs and driving implementation.
• Architect production-grade systems with reliability, security, observability, and safe rollout standards.
• Own the full product and engineering lifecycle from problem definition to sustained iteration.
• Define durable technical contracts and enable reusable patterns across platform dependencies.
