• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership across teams and platforms.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools and integration into engineering workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including driving technical alignment through design docs and architecture discussions.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing without direct authority.
