• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; 4 years’ experience OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing scalable backend services and cloud-native applications.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and concurrency knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.
• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives and CI/CD improvements.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable software solutions.
• Build and support event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging tech.
• Design and optimize data storage across relational/NoSQL databases.
• Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support releases.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
