Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS/Software engineering or related field with 4+ years in software engineering.
• Alternatively, 6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and automation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through collaboration and documentation.
• Engage stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and industry trends.
