Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend Java.
• Strong cloud-native architecture and microservices experience.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle including CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply cloud-native architecture for scalable, resilient systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and quality.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
