Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 7 years if no degree.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Strong design and code quality practices; ability to lead reviews and set technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
• Apply cloud-native architecture to ensure scalable, resilient systems.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities: coding, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and standards.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using Python/JavaScript/C++.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence through documentation.
• Define technical requirements with stakeholders and track success metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and products.
