Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 4+ years in software engineering (Option 1).
• Option 2: 6 years in software engineering or related area.
• Master’s degree plus 2 years in software engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using Python, JavaScript, and C++.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through collaboration and documentation.
• Engage stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and industry trends.
