Fabric Health seeks a Staff Software Engineer to own the widget, portal, and Python service layer end‑to‑end, collaborating with AI engineers to keep ML models and application code in lockstep.

You will drive full‑stack architecture, mentor teammates, and ship durable foundations while enabling rapid, safe iteration on patient‑facing surfaces with a strong emphasis on reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional full‑stack web software experience.
• Deep experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred).
• Strong Python experience with an async web framework and data layer.
• Experience building versioned dependencies consumed by other teams.
• Fluency with LLM application development and prompts/evaluations.

Responsabilités

• Own the widget, portal, and Python service layer end‑to‑end and ship meaningful changes.
• Advise on full‑stack architectural decisions and shore up foundations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to keep application and ML models in sync.
• Build and scale internal tooling and versioned dependencies for teams.
• Maintain operational excellence and protect surfaces from breaking changes.
