Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience.
• System architecture ownership of non-trivial systems.
• Backend and mobile development experience.
• Experience deploying to cloud and on-prem hospital servers.
• Healthcare regulatory domain experience is a plus.
• Clinical integration using standards (FHIR/HL7) preferred.
• Knowledge of AI coding agents and prompt workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and deployment topology for features.
• Define interfaces to sensor gateways, hospital systems, and third-party integrators.
• Make deployment-aware architectural decisions for on-prem and cloud.
• Build backend services for ingestion, processing, storage, analytics, and clinical integration (AWS and on-prem).
• Develop Flutter mobile apps for real-time patient monitoring and alerting.
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and FDA guidance compliance in all work.
• Coordinate with firmware on BLE contracts and sensor data formats.
• Produce lifecycle documentation and verification evidence for audits.
