CHG Healthcare, a leading physician staffing firm, seeks a Staff Software Engineer to guide AI-driven product development and uphold engineering excellence. You will mentor peers, influence architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality software delivery across platforms.

You will work within the DMO Engineering team to design, implement, and maintain scalable systems, applying SOLID principles and modern DevOps practices in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• MS/BS in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of proven Sr. Software Engineer experience.
• Experience with AI-driven product development and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production software following SOLID principles and CI/CD practices.
• Leverage AI tools across the development lifecycle with thoughtful judgment.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions for highly available, resilient systems.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to align on scope and business value.
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews and refinements.
