Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large distributed environments.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing experience.
5+ years designing modern microservices and APIs.
3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
3+ years in Agile development environments.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs and quality standards.
Collaborate on solution design and architecture with architects and senior engineers.
Assess feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and technical guidance.
Promote adoption of new technologies to improve productivity and quality.
Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops.
Work with developers to implement complex features and ensure high-quality code.
Mentor junior developers to grow technical skills.
