System Soft Technologies seeks a Staff Software Engineer to advance P&C claims solutions. You will design and implement scalable front-end and backend services, collaborating with data scientists and actuaries to drive value while ensuring security and compliance in regulated data environments.

You will lead architecture discussions, contribute to pipelines and testing strategies, and work across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) with modern tools like React, Next.js, Django REST, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Experience building backend API services with Django/REST.
• Cloud development with Azure and/or AWS.
• Docker or containerized development.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Understanding of Agile practices (Scrum).
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Strong design, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and test-driven development.
