Job summary

Xometry, a leader in on-demand manufacturing, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its Core Platform team. You will architect and re-architect core services to live within partners’ ecosystems, enabling near-zero latency DFM feedback and seamless one-click procurement within enterprise environments.

You will drive AI integration, scale multi-tenant deployments, and mentor engineers across the organization while collaborating with senior leadership to chart the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level mastery of Python, AWS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven systems architect with ability to lead multiple teams and establish patterns.
• Experience embedding ML pipelines into production apps and optimizing model serving.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance solutions that extend beyond a single org and set engineering standards.
• Lead integration of AI into enterprise PLM environments with zero-latency feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk/reward discussions with senior leadership.
• Define reliability and security standards for multi-tenant deployments in enterprise environments.
