Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or 6 years with a Master's and 3 with a Ph.D.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in STEM required
• Leadership experience with at least five of the listed areas
• Experience in RF, Electrical, Digital, Power, Mechanical or Embedded Processing
• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams during proposal, design, manufacturing, and delivery
• Support proposal development and new program acquisition
• Interpret statements of work from program leadership
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules, EVMS, critical path, EACs
• Interface with departments to secure staffing
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet requirements
• Brief leadership on progress and milestones
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with diverse tasks
