Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, seeks a Staff-level Technical Support Engineer to own complex investigations across Kubernetes, cloud, and security domains. You will bridge customers and engineering, build automation, and contribute to security testing and tooling.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and a pathway toward Principal Engineer or Solutions Architecture, with equity included and a fully remote setup.

Competenze

• 8+ years hands-on technical experience in SRE, DevSecOps, or staff-level support engineering.
• Strong Linux, containerization, and Kubernetes troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.

Mansioni

• Investigate complex failures across the full stack from Kubernetes to cloud IAM.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and engineering with detailed bug reports.
• Build tooling and automation to reduce manual toil and improve visibility.
• Drive systemic improvements by identifying product gaps and root causes.
• Develop expertise in web app security and Pentesting concepts; mentor teammates.
