Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is modernizing how it builds technology, delivering customer-facing web and mobile experiences and a unified design system. As a Staff SDET, you will own testing strategy, automation, and signal quality across platforms, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to raise the bar for software quality.

You will lead the development of testing frameworks, set standards, and drive adoption without relying on authority, while ensuring PHI remains protected in

Qualifications

• Strong in a modern programming language with the ability to reason about concurrency and failure propagation.
• You can trace failing tests across services using logs and traces.
• You communicate residual risk clearly to Engineering and Product.
• Deep knowledge in at least one non-functional area (performance, resilience, security, or accessibility).
• You work AI-first and have set conventions others follow.

Responsibilities

• Build automation architecture and standards that other teams adopt.
• Own quality strategy across teams, defining verification based on risk.
• Make test feedback actionable by controlling execution speed and failure classification.
• Own synthetic data and PHI guardrails to keep PHI out of non-production.
• Define environment, observability, and data needs with Platform teams.
