Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale software in distributed systems.
• 5+ years in one or more of Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years building cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and scalable APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years containerization and orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI/GenAI platforms in software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software in Cost Estimation & Navigation AI.
• Drive architecture across distributed services, APIs, and platform components.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering to translate priorities into production solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, manage dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Design, build, and enhance cloud-native apps, microservices, and APIs with modern patterns.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to design/code reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align teams and boundaries.
