Qualifikationen

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale software in distributed systems.
• 5+ years in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years designing and operating cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years building modern microservices and scalable APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
• 3+ years containerization/orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI/GenAI platforms in software products.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software within the Cost Estimation & Navigation AI portfolio.
• Drive architecture and design across distributed services, APIs, and platform components for scalability, resiliency, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate priorities into production-ready solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guide implementation decisions, and manage dependencies.
• Design, build, and enhance cloud-native apps, microservices, and APIs with modern patterns.
• Define non-functional requirements: performance, availability, failover, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate architectures and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead POC work and explore emerging technologies including AI/GenAI capabilities.
• Apply data and analytics knowledge, orchestration, NoSQL stores, caching, and large-scale integration patterns.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through reviews and guidance.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align teams and boundaries, ensuring regulatory and privacy compliance.
