Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-scale software experience in distributed systems.
• 5+ years in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years designing and operating cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years creating modern microservices and scalable APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI/GenAI platforms in software products.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software in the Cost Estimation & Navigation AI portfolio.
• Drive architecture across distributed services, APIs, and platform components for scalability, resiliency, security.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering to translate priorities into production-ready solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, manage dependencies, and address engineering tradeoffs.
• Design, build, and enhance cloud-native microservices and APIs with modern patterns.
• Ensure performance, availability, failover, scalability, and security requirements.
• Evaluate architectures and improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead PoC development and explore AI/GenAI capabilities for the portfolio.
• Apply data and analytics tech: orchestration, non-relational stores, caching, large-scale integration.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence via reviews and guidance.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align across teams and boundaries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PII/PHI.
