Job summary
The RealReal is seeking a Staff Salesforce Engineer to lead complex Salesforce configurations and allied tool integrations on the Product & Technology team. This individual contributor role focuses on deep technical work, architecture, and AI-driven automation to move critical initiatives forward while ensuring platform reliability as the organization scales.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in large-scale Salesforce projects, PDII and Architect-track certifications, and hands-on experience with
Qualifications
- 5+ years shipping complex Salesforce projects in a mid-to-large company.
- Proficient in Apex, Triggers, LWC, VisualForce and Aura.
- Experience with Agentforce and AI-driven automations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and development for Salesforce and integrated tools.
- Drive AI roadmap and automation initiatives for consignor/store buyer lifecycle.
- Create technical diagrams and integration standards for scalable architectures.
- Own code quality with robust tests and performance considerations.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices.
