TechWish is seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption across the Salesforce ecosystem and define enterprise architecture standards.

The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled business outcomes, governance, and integration patterns aligned with the AI strategy. You will collaborate with GCP and enterprise teams to roadmap AI initiatives and ensure secure integration across clouds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GCP AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
• Deliver AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

• Design reusable AI frameworks for CRM workflows, copilots, and customer engagement.
• Integrate Salesforce securely with enterprise AI services, APIs, and platforms.
• Define responsible AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Enable engineering teams with standards, templates, and operational best practices.

• Partner with GCP AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Experience integrating with GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AI.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives and cross-platform collaboration.
