Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the backbone of our Revenue Operations infrastructure. This role focuses on technical architecture, AI integration, and cross-platform automation powering our revenue engine.

The ideal candidate acts as a systems architect, maintaining a System of Record while integrating with data warehouses, AI models, and PLG signals. This role is 5 days onsite in Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related STEM field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration in enterprise environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex/SOQL logic.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical maintenance and health of the Salesforce instance, including release management and performance monitoring.
• Architect and maintain secure data pipelines between Salesforce and data warehousing systems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Partner with IT Security to implement governance, SSO, encryption, and permission controls.
• Govern automation through governance of flows and logic to ensure scalability and non-conflicting processes.
• Integrate AI tools into the sales workflow and ingest product usage signals for automated triggers.
