Mozilla Corporation seeks a Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce to architect, build, and own the Salesforce platform powering sales and revenue operations across enterprise product lines. This hands-on role starts at go-live and evolves to platform ownership, including AI-assisted workflows and MCP integrations.

You will define scalable data models, security, and release processes, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to advance lead-to-cash and revenue integrations.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
• Advanced Salesforce declarative capabilities: Flow, validation rules, approvals, record types, permission models, sharing rules.
• Hands-on ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing Salesforce data and security models for multiple business units or sales processes.
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes including opportunities, quoting, contracting, orders, renewal, and finance handoffs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms via REST or SOAP APIs.
• Experience building AI assistants or MCP integrations securely using enterprise data.
• Able to communicate architecture decisions and tradeoffs to business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the architecture and hands-on development of Mozilla's Salesforce platform across multiple enterprise product lines.
• Define scalable data models, account and opportunity structures, sales processes, and sharing rules.
• Build and maintain platform capabilities using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, approvals, objects, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Design lead-to-cash capabilities including quoting, contracting, order workflows, entitlements, renewals, and finance integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite, BigQuery, contract-management platforms, and other systems.
• Establish environment strategy, sandbox governance, source control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and release controls.
• Ensure field-level security and sharing architectures align with ISO and SOC 2 controls.
• Develop secure MCP servers and integrations exposing CRM data to AI assistants and workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT to prioritize investments and resolve issues.
